Meet Coach Liam

Liam O’Rourke serves as the lead coach for The Disc Method. He began playing ultimate frisbee his sophomore year of high school and continued throughout his collegiate career. During his time at Ave Maria University, Liam was a two-year captain of the ultimate frisbee team, where he led both on and off the field and earned multiple awards recognizing his performance and leadership.

Liam brings a thoughtful and structured approach to coaching, emphasizing fundamentals, skill progression, and confidence-building in a positive and supportive environment.

Liam now works for Ave Maria University and live in town with his wife and their one year old son.
